Here's how guests of our Princeton, Texas properties sign up to receive text messages from us, and what they agree to when they do.
How guests opt in
Norden Hospitality LLC operates Countryview Resort and Sundowner RV Park. Guests opt in through our guest app at app.nordenhospitality.com when they set up their account.
After entering their mobile number, the guest sees an optional checkbox for text messages. It is unchecked by default. Texting consent is not required to create an account, book a stay, or use the app. Guests who check the box receive a confirmation text right away.
What the checkbox says
I agree to receive text messages from Norden Hospitality (Countryview Resort and Sundowner RV Park) about my stay, gate access, park updates, and events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
What guests receive
- Reservation and check-in details
- Gate access codes
- Status updates on propane fills and maintenance requests
- Park notices, like planned water or power shutoffs and weather alerts
- Announcements of on-site community events
- One-on-one replies from our staff when a guest texts us a question
Message frequency varies with each guest's stay. Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at 214-449-1533. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and you'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again.
